Refund policy

Made-to-order items

Most of our items are made individually for each customer after the order is placed. For this reason, our cancellation and return conditions differ from those of ready-made goods. Please read the following before ordering.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before production begins. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.

If you would like to cancel, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, or a difference in color or size from what you expected.

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item is defective or was damaged on arrival
• The item you received is different from the item you ordered

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item. After we confirm the details, we will repair or replace the item, or issue a refund.

About handmade items

Our items are made by hand using traditional materials and techniques. Slight differences in color, pattern placement, and dimensions from the product photos are a natural part of this work and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for the original payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear.
